PulseWave THERAPY

"We know you are busy, don’t let us slow you down. 5 minute visits every week for 4 weeks can help eliminate your pain."

We are excited to now offer you a non-invasive and easy alternative to conventional treatment modalities called PulseWave Therapy. It can also be a possible alternative to surgery.

PulseWave therapy is virtually painless and allows for faster healing and regeneration of tissues and can be applied to patients suffering from acute and especially chronic pain. Please call our office for more information!

WHAT IS PULSEWAVE THERAPY?

PulseWave Therapy works by using intense pulses of sound waves to break up the scar tissue and increase blood flow to the injured area. This helps to reduce inflammation, relieve the pain and stimulate the body's own healing processes.

TREATMENT

The procedure is performed in our office, and patients experience no down time. There is typically no cast or boot needed when being treated with Pulsewave.

After the treatment, many patients experience immediate relief from their symptoms which continues to improve with subsequent treatments over a 3-5 week period.

WHAT DOES PULSEWAVE THERAPY TREAT?

  • Plantar fascitis

  • Achilles tendonitis

  • Heel spurs

  • Hallux limitus

  • Various chronic enthesiopathies (painful irritation of tendon attachments due to overexertion and improper strain, or due to a degenerative process)

  • Various sports injuries
